Prices vary depending on the season and the length of your stay. All services offered by our care are included (bed sheets, bicycles, pool table, swimming pool etc.). These prices apply for the 2022. Please contact us for reservations in the coming year or for our personalised stays.

Cleaning upon departure is included in the rate, so your stay is hassle-free. A weekend is from Friday night to Sunday morning. Arrival time starts at 4:30pm, departure time before 10:30am. The Occupancy Tax (1,40€ per adult and per night) has to be added.

Information about Seasons

Season dates are liable to vary from one year to another. The given dates relative to our rooms are therefore applicable for the current year. Low Saison : From the 8th of January to the 14th of April 2022 and from the 17th September 2022 to the 16th of December 2022 Middle Saison : From the 17th December to the 6th of January 2023  High Saison : From the 15th of April to the 16th of September 2022. The Occupancy Tax (1.40€ per adult and per night) has to be added.

Booking

The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the 30% deposit. The balance will be paid 4 weeks before you arrive. If cancellation by the tenant: – more than one month before the effective date of the lease, the tenant will lose the deposit paid; – less than one month before the effective date of the lease, the tenant will also be required to pay the difference between the deposit and the total rent, as a penalty clause. by the owner: within 7 days following the withdrawal, shall be paid to the tenant; double the deposit.
